No Refund Policy
All payments made are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed and payment has been processed, we do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Item Inspection
Customers are strongly advised to inspect and confirm the condition, specifications, and suitability of items before making payment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have verified the item and agree to this policy.

Item Exchange Only
If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect or issue at the time of delivery, we may offer an exchange for the same item or an equivalent item, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within the specified inspection period.

Conditions for Exchange

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

• Exchange requests must be made within the approved inspection period after purchase.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or if the return conditions are not met.
